Coordinated a coast to coast fundraiser - some of the staff and guides were really kind, engaging and thoughtful however their organisation pre event and guidance to the charity was poor; considering the cost of the event it was disappointing that key details were late to be published, aspects of the catering were missing, the route signage was missing midway (noting that other tour operators were able to use signage.)
