Avoid! Unfortunately our buyers chose this solicitor for their purchase of our house. Communication was awful, more than once the solicitor went on holiday and we were not given any contact details for the person taking over. We often went days/ weeks with no updates. Then we tried to exchange 4 times before managing it, each failed attempt was due to poor communication from this firm. They then did not manage to complete on the agreed date, and weeks later I am still chasing them to repay our incurred costs due to the delayed completion. My solicitor and estate agent both said this firm were unprofessional, at times rude and uncooperative. Please do not use them!

Do not use! We will have been waiting 2 years on the 16th October 2024 for an estate to be shared. Communication is rubbish. They tell you that it’s going to be 2 weeks and then shared out. They have been saying that for the past year and more. Mistakes that have been made are unacceptable. We have been lied to constantly.

This firm has been a major contributing factor to 3 attempts on completions failing. It takes them weeks to respond to enquiries from our solicitors and it takes them more than a week to get files signed off despite being aware of the agreed completion date well in advance.

I'd say avoid. This firm is merging with PM Law which means they will become even worse. PM Law should also be avoided at all cost.

Lack of communication and transparency, slow responses, delays and poor customer service – that’s how I would simply describe this place. Unfortunately I choose them to represent me in a house selling process as I was under massive time pressure and they assured me, they will support and help with the whole process. In fact I ended up with a lot of stress and anxiety. On the competition date I had to chase them X amount of times to make sure founds been sent to 3rd party.

Flawless conveyancing process and no hidden fees. I paid what I was quoted. I have to be honest and say I didn't have much interaction with Gaynor but she always communicated with unquestionable conviction on my behalf when additional requests were being made. Reception were always delightful, although it's usually an answer machine that you're transfered to. Sue was very pleasant. However the person that really made me feel like a client rather than a customer was Molly! Molly provided a positive and super confident energy that put me at ease and made me feel reassured that everything would go perfectly on completion day. Molly exudes a whatever happens I've got it covered approach so much so it felt like she cared like friend!
Would recommend this solicitors to anyone that want hassle free that delivers on their promises.

This firm took three years to process my cousins will and distribute her estate. Her only asset was her house and a small amount of savings. Despite many letters to the firm, there seemed to be no reason for the inordinate delay in selling the property and realising her assets. If you want something done quickly and efficiently I would avoid this lot.
