Current trading as THOMASONS, this lot are absolutely dreadful. Nothing more than con artists.

I hired them to do a full written structural survey on 2 specific concerns in my home. They agreed they could do a full written report on those 2 specifics for £240. They came round, did a full check over, gave me their findings verbally and promised to put it all in writing. They never did. They refused to confirm any of their verbal report in writing. In the end they sent me a two line report which was utterly wrong (it referenced a test I known they didn't do) and covered in so many disclaimers no insurance company would accept it.

I paid £240 for a written structural engineers survey and got absolutely nothing for it. Nasty, nasty, con artists,
