My experience at Perfect Balance has been exceptional.

The team are friendly and helpful and willing to make the whole experience as easy as possible.

The treatment received by Selene physio has been exceptional and invaluable to my recovery. She is a great physio, very knowledgeable and is very confident in what she does.

Thank you very much to Selene and the whole team at Perfect Balance.

I have now been signed off from the clinic and my shoulder is better than ever. I am very grateful and all the help and support they have given me especially Selene

The team at Perfect Balance have been so encouraging, professional and really helped me with my arthritic knees over the years. They have fantastic facilities. They have become like a family. I walk in to the building feeling like an 80 year old and come out like a new revitalised pain free lady! Try out the K Laser therapy or an amazing sports massage.
They truly are an amazing team.

Fantastic, friendly and efficient service right from my first contact with them. Rachel, my physio, listened to me, picked up on other issues too and gave me good advice. I can't recommend Perfect Balance enough. They have been exceptional on my journey to recovery. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. My physio Selene was fantastic and I would highly recommend her.

Great experience at perfect balance. Assessment and physiotherapy provided by Eden for a recent injury. Extremely knowledgeable and informative, improved mobility from the 1st session.

The pain in my shoulder had been causing me lots of discomfort but after just a couple of sessions with Keone I was on the road to a full recovery. He was thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and gave me great exercises to help support my recovery as well as treatment to ease the pain and discomfort. Thanks Perfect Balance and Keone!

Rachel is brilliant. I went into the session barely able to move and came out with my back muscles warm and relaxed.

The core exercises were clearly explained so I can continue strengthening at home.
