Shocking Company - Applied for the Cycle2Work scheme back in January, Everything was approved however 3 weeks on had not received my LOC. I contacted Hapi who gave me a Number for Halfords as my application had been “Sent Over” - Halfords had no records of this. I chased Hapi again who said their manager had sent my application directly to a manager at Halfords and would be dealt with in the next couple of days… Guess what? Still nothing. Again I contacted Hapi & Halfords and still no further forward. It’s now 3 months in and no change in my situation. I would advise you to just save and buy a bike or whatever you want rather than use this platform. For the length of time I’m waiting I could of bought 2!

Just a fraud.
Whatever was promised when the contract was signed, they will find a way to prevent you from getting paid.
I paid a high insurance for the case of illness, they asked for all the documentation 4 times - the same one, after 14 days of prolongation they refused to pay anything with the justification that there is an exception in their conditions...
Unnecessary wasted money, I recommend to avoid this company from far

I called this company twice and was given information regarding a claim. I went and collected the paperwork to match this and sent it to this so called great company and was told the information was correct. Only a few days later I was told it was not correct. So the thought of extra money coming in was great. Being told it was incorrect was stressful. HOPE NOBODY JOINS DISGRACEFUL SO CALLED TRAINED STAFF A JOKE

I'm afraid that I can't find a good thing to say about this company.
Promised by the sales person that they are efficient when paying out claims and promoted by my employer as a safety net to cover lost earnings when I'm ill, in fact they are inefficient and just don't care about customers.
My claims were submitted with all the necessary paperwork online and then nothing. So I rang up and was told 'oh yeah sorry we're behind with claims and we won't even be looking at yours until the new year' despite their policy promise that they will assess claims within 48 hours and payout in 3-5 working days.
So at a time when I'm not working post operation and I most need their help, I get nothing.
Not only that, but it's also the casual attitude of the customer service agents who clearly don't care in any way about my situation.
They are so evasive and difficult to deal with that actually I'm beginning to think they don't have the funds available to pay the claims and the delay is a cover for that.
I hope my employer will look at alternatives for the future. In the meantime if you're reading this and you have an option to use a different company then please take it and avoid Personal Group.
