Erica and her team are amazing! I have been signed up with pertemps for 8 months and I have enjoyed every day of it. Erica and Laura made the whole signing up process very easy for me, and they got me temporary work within 2 days. I've been working with Pertemps for a few months now and already it's easily the best agency I've dealt with. The ladies in the office got me registered quickly, with zero hassle and once I was up and running, payments have been on time, every week.

Payslips are broken down clearly, overtime rates, holiday pay etc accounted for. Any questions from me have been responded to quickly and I genuinely can't think of a single issue I've had with them, which, in my experience with recruitment agencies, is rare.

Easiest 5 star rating I've ever given. Erica, Laura, everyone there is a pleasure to deal with.

They resolve issues very quickly and in a timely mannor. The team at Pertemps in Maidstone are friendly and supportive in every way. They make you feel comfortable going to them with any issue that you have reguarding anything work related, and make sure you understand the outcome or find a different way to explain if you do not understand. I have regular communications with the team and I am happy every time we speak because they do not make me feel belittled. Working with this team makes you feel like you are working with a family, that always has your best interests to heart. They are the best company that I have ever worked for.
