I was really struggling to find work and I found Pertemps through the Indeed website pretty much by accident. Thank God I did! Stephanie got me work in the area that I was interested in (warehousing, part-time) and, then, she allowed me to switch to a different, full-time job when my circumstances changed almost immediately. Although Steph is obviously over-worked (are you reading this Mr. Pertemps ?!?), she was never anything less than kind, patient and responsive to my emails. Don't expect "War And Peace" off her, she is quite busy, lol. I can't agree with some of the reviews below and I can only speak from my own experience; Pertemps and Stephanie in Hanley have been fantastic with me. I was offered a permanent contract with NVSL, in Talke Pits, after 13 weeks on this Agency. Result.

I just wanted to thank Steph and all the team at Pertemps in Hanley for coming up trumps for me again after things didn't work out at NVSL. I am now very, very happily employed at SH:24 at Keele University so it's a huge relief and a huge thank you to Pertemps!

Have been with Pertemps now since 2016 and am extremely happy with the service. Danni is brilliant. Monica is also very helpful whenever I've had a query. I would highly recommend Pertemps to anyone looking for work. I've been with over 20 different agencies over the past few years and they are the best by a long way & no I'm not a manager there before you ask (I'm an agency 3.5 tonne driver with customer service).

first they spam texts, somedays a check my phone to 14 messages from pertemps. When i called regarding a job role i was placed on hold for 17 mins and forgotten about. I called back to get passed to steph who said she would get the relivant person to call me back. 3 days later still havent recived a call back but geting texts still regarding the vacancy.
