I hired Peter Hitchen Architects on the recommendation of friends when I first moved back to the Ribble Valley. We bought a large old warehouse in a Clitheroe conservation area which needed change of use/planning permission. From the very beginning Peter and Dan were right there (on it like a car bonnet) and because of their knowledge the whole whole process was absolutely stress free, yes really! I had strong ideas about what I wanted to do and Peter worked with me, helping find solutions to make my ideas work. He sourced an amazing builder to do the structural and ground work and even though we had to do all the later internal work and project managing ourselves (due to financial restraints) he has still advised me and pops in to see how we are getting on. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Very friendly staff and attentive, always answer the phone and office appointments and access is good. Have a lot of contacts for additional services, such as surveys and bat workers and parkiing consultants, all at great prices.
