Peter kneale at Peter Kneale solicitors in liverpool, I choose to represent me for a car accident non fault claim in London. Peter is a absolute brilliant solicitor and won my case within 6months. With Peter you don't need to chase him up and can trust he will get on with your case. He also answer phone calls and emails straight away. Peter unlike a lot of other solicitors doesn't take a single penny from case. no success fee charged, which I was really pleased with as I have lost over 50% of success fees in the past to another solicitor. If you do research solicitors don't need to charge success fees and its not their job to tell you this, knowledge is power! My patience in finding Peter changed my experience! I would highly recommend using Peter Kneale solicitors.

Based upon initial telephone call with Mr Peter Neale to (1) - solicit answers to my concerns/questions regarding a potential personal injury claim and (2) - to guage trustworthiness of firm.

IMHO?
?Approachable and likeable (on a human to human level);
?Presents as very experienced, knowledgeable and skilled;
?Small family run firm (so costs not as high/greedy as the bigger and often more extortionate firms with big advertising and staffing overheads etc;
?Business model and ethos more in keeping with 'we only charge what's fair and reasonable'.

WOULD I USE: Yes

FURTHER COMMENTS:
I am actually very sceptical of people, particularly solicitors, lawyers and the like, and so have an innate mistrust of most. Trust is everything to me; and should be to most folk trying to locate a reputable, proficient and caring legal professional to represent them and follow through with their case/legal issue to hopefully a positive and successful outcome.

I had a car accident in which I had a small injury and damage to my car. Luckily for me I found Peter Kneale Solicitors. I was treated respectfully and the case was closed quickly and efficiently, allowing me to put the ordeal behind me. For less than a month everything was completed fairly and I am left satisfied with the result. I would like to say a big thank you to him and his secretaries who were always polite and helpful. If anyone was in a similar position I cannot recommend his services enough!
