I am disappointed with the service so far. There has been a lack of communication. I am still waiting for my land to be registered at land registry, it’s been over a year. The first solicitor dealing with it left the firm some time ago, but I was not informed or kept up to date. Very poor.

I won't be using their legal services again. Eight years ago I paid for them to set up a declaration of trust for my children which I was made to believe had been set up, only to find out that eight years later they failed to do this. They had no problem getting paid from me for something they didn't deliver. In recent communications I found the organisation unprofessional, patronising and don't come across as having their clients best interest at heart. It's all about money and not so much about looking after there clients. A. Parla

Used for residential conveyancing and was extremely disappointed by the service provided. Case was moved to several different people and difficult to get a hold of person dealing with my case. Paid a premium due to recommendations. Made a formal complaint twice and neither was ever acknowledged. Would not recommend
