The Handbook is is a high end publication full of informative information for anyone who has applied for planning permission . I received this fabulous publication after we had applied for planning permission for a 2 storey extension, There were several concerns we had, such as how do the Planning Department reach their decision?, what is the process for appealing if it is rejected? We also had a large tree, which would have to be cut down, is this okay? When the Handbook dropped through our letterbox, we were delighted it answered all of our concerns explaining the regulations and how to deal with it if you have an issue. It is certainly better than paying for a Solicitor, as an added bonus we found the most fabulous kitchen company who were advertising in the publication who built our dream kitchen.
