My ageing PC had disk probs and I thought I had lost everything. Took it to Wes at Plates PCs in Bishops Waltham. He worked wonders and installed a 2nd hand Disk and recovered all my data from the corrupted disk. I had bought a new laptop and Wes helped me transfer everything to the new machine Excellant service and a fair price. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future. Nice to have professional technical excellence support locally. Great for help and advice too.

Put my aging 14yr old laptop in the capable hands of Wes to sort out various issues that were making it very frustrating and slow to use. Having used Plates PCs before over the last 6 years or so I was confident it could be sorted. As always Wes explained things to me in language I could actually understand and not in Tec speak. Wes had my device for 2 days and testing showed that my laptop needed a new hard drive. This was duly replaced and all my information safely transferred across much to my relief. Great communication and service throughout and all at a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending them.

Came in with iPhone reset issue, was super helpful and got us up and working. Went to Apple 3 times but they were unhelpful, sorted there and then. Would recommend.

Wez's service is amazing. So much easier to talk to than a chain store. We have had a number of family laptops from him over the years and we have been happy with them all. Everything you need gets installed including M365 and email accounts. Highly recommend

Our PC died unexpectedly and Plates PCs enabled us to get working again in a couple of days AND move back to a Mac which I really really wanted to do. I look back at using a Mac 1988-1997 as my best computing decade.
Their S/H Mac checked out OK and was very reasonably priced.
So we now share the Apple experience and encourage others to join us in experiencing freedom of Apple and from the tyranny of MegaSoft.

I recently bought a used iPhone 7 Plus from the guys at Plates PCs and the service has been fantastic from start to finish. I’ll be back there shortly to get my Mac serviced. Highly recommended!
