Avoid this firm at all costs. If I could leave zero stars I would! I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unresponsive solicitor ever. Communication is definitely not something they are good at. In particular Helen who we had the misfortune to have to deal with regarding our late mother’s LPA & Will. Luckily we have our own solicitor who actually does their job properly.
