WARNING On Friday 6th sept 2024 i went into this branch bourne to buy 200 euros that day the Rate was 1.19 so at that rate would have cost me £168 obviously they would charge a few % but they charged me for 200 euros £186.92 giving me a rate of 1.07 so costing me apprx £18 i only purchase because i needed them that day a bloody disgrace the post office is scruffy untidy bare wooden floors and the person who served me was more interested in his mobile phone so beware.....

I have always found Bourne Post office to be a welcoming asset to our community. The staff are approachable, courteous and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re knowledgeable in the services the Post office provides.

My self and partner have just visited,whilst he got sorted I explored their wonderful walls on which they displayed crafts of all types.I was wondering if someone in the shop does them or they have them up for someone else. 10/10

Went to the new post office with my assistance dog. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to do business because "it" as she was described was with me. I am awaiting her service harness but I do have a service card for her but refuses business. Very VERY small sign on the opening sign bottom right hand side that says no dogs except guide or assistance dogs. Appalling for a farming community
