I recently attended the 3 day Workplace Mediation course which was delivered by Charlotte who was an excellent trainer with vast experience which brought the training to life. The role plays were far less daunting than most people expected and done in a wonderful, safe way which added the learning. A fantastic group of people to learn with as well, and a great venue.

I completed the 3 day Internal Workplace Mediator course last week and it was brilliant. After reading so many positive posts about the course for over a year, I was looking forward to completing my journey with them. The course content and delivery was spot on! By the end of the 3 days, yes I was tired because there's more to it than you think. The strategies are delivered in a really timely manner and you get to practice them also. The role play aspect isn't as daunting as what you would think, you are fully prepared and supported during them - you can relax and ask questions and "break out of character" whenever you want to. For me, day 3 was the game changer in terms of the penny dropping and learning some crucial questioning techniques. A massive thank you to both Charlotte and Pete for this great course.

A simply brilliant 3 days of development. Pete & Charlotte at Pragmatism have a clean, down-to-earth approach to training and adopt methods which really embed the learning. I came away understanding why, how and what mediation is all about, and feeling really confident that I can do it. Mediation with "a little m" has already been put into practice more times than I remember since attending!
