An absolute shambles of a company!!
They were the official receiver of a bankrupt company that owed my company money. We submitted our claim in November 2022 to a Mr Edward Lawrence and have to constantly chase him for news. In the last phone conversation we had after months of no correspondence we were told basically that other creditors have been paid but our claim was more or less at the bottom of the list and we would not receive any compensation. Basically a waste of our time and Mr Lawrence needs to be a bit more proactive in his correspondence.

DO NOT USE.

This company have given me direct advice that has harmed my business no end. They told me to stay as a sole trader instead of becoming a limited company, but because of that my annual tax was £18,000 in January and £24,000 in July - whereas it would be next to nothing compared as a limited company. Also due to this advice, we have been harmed by a con company and as we are not a company, this has come from my own money. No advice, no help, cost over £10,000 for a year for a service that my new accountant provides for £2,000 a year.

Avoid if you don't want to be bent over and screwed.
