I received an incorrect notice of CCJ through the post to me and my address fir a dent that belonged to another Chris Williams. Found out after some digging that they used a Private investigator service to locate the debtee, who told them it was me. I've tried several times to get them to remove it via the court and get no where. Utterly terrible practice . Now looking at legal options as this has been going on too long.

Having recently dealt with this agency due to a dispute with a company over services and payments, I found them to be excellent mediators, calm and understanding. A solution was found and the matter closed amicably. Debt Collection Agencies can find resolutions.

Being rude and embarrassing is not the way to get someone to pay. Obviously if they not paid they have difficulties, to ridicule them only makes them feel worse. The poor lady I support was left suicidal after one of them called. I heard them on the phone and the caller was dam right nasty.
