Sent my email and an email intended for me to the other side. Wouldn't confirm what else was sent, wouldn't answer all questions and went silent. Wasn't good enough and definitely wasn't what I need in terms of stress.

In mediation was evidence of implicit bias from the mediator in my point of view. For example, the other parent would talk gibberish but the mediators' summary went beyond what was said and made it coherent.

Going back to the main point.. I was worried about implicit bias of mediator and that is how it panned out. Last thing you need is to be worrying about the mediator that 'you' choose..

Juliette was very professional from the very first phone call . On the first meeting she explained everything very clearly and calmly and made me feel at ease with the whole process. In my case we agreed on a shuttle online session so I did not have to see or here ex partner but all agreements between us were formed safely and correctly for my childrens sake. Juliette made me feel safe and happy through the online session . I would definitely recommend this for anyone who needs help with difficult situations after a break up .
