Don't come here if you wish to be treated with consideration and respect . I haven't been able to see my regular counsellor for months owing to staff sickness- itself an indicator that the working environment is NOT what it should be- but when this lot eventually agreed to provide a temporary substitute, the woman in question cut my first appointment short by half an hour and then decided that she simply couldn't be bothered to keep the second. When I complained via PALS, she lied to management ; claiming that she hadn't agreed a set time for the appointment, which she obviously did otherwise I would not have written it in my diary. Such disrespect, as if my time simply doesn't matter - and lying in order to conceal negligent conduct is the most disrespectful , indeed damaging, behaviour of all to an extent that is clearly accepted as fine by the management. People who lie can't be trusted, it's as simple as that and frankly the culture of this place is becoming more toxic and damaging by the day.

... I've just read the latest report by the CQC, which included evidence of poor safeguarding , inadequate training, bullying and evidence that intimidation is used to prevent whistle-blowing. Absolutely shameful but I can't claim to be surprised.
