I had just installed a new fan for my brand new CPU when I got hit by a issue, no display onto the monitor. After trying a few troubleshooting techniques, to no avail, I called Simon, someone who has helped me numerous times over the last few years with complex issues regarding my PC.
He took it home and identified the issue pretty quickly. There was an issue with the PCIe slot on my motherboard, a problem I probably wouldn't have been able to identify on my own.
I was told I would need a new motherboard and Simon managed to give me good advice on suitable motherboards regarding the dimensions of it for my case and compatibility with my components.
Now, my PC is back and running better than ever thanks to Simon and his efforts.
I recommend Problink to anyone who has any issues with their computers or any IT equipment as I have known Simon to be a big help with all my technological issues, not just now but also over the years.
