We have been under the care of PROHAS since the transition of the new ownership in the Spring of 2021. Richard and his team are extremely helpful, offering health and safety support and guidance. They supplied us with a tailored, comprehensive Health and Safety Manual, including all of our risk assessments and policies. It gives me the peace of mind to know we have a healthy and safety company that are meticulous, have great attention to detail and work to an extremely high standard. Gemma organised training and e-learning for us which have been a hit among the staff, and their B2B recommendations have also been spot-on! Richard, Gemma and the team provide such good quality customer service, they often feel like an extension of the Caistor Lakes family.
