We are so grateful for Proximo helping us through an extremely stressful time with our WAV.
They couldn’t do enough for us.
We were so impressed with their staff too so polite+I could tell they were perfectionists+dotted every i and crossed every t.They took a great weight off our shoulders.
The whole team was marvellous.
Our sons very poorly but he’s just had a bad year+we just needed someone to completely take over+help us+they did bless them.
They are so efficient+the pick up+ drop off guys (didn’t get their names)wore very nice clean+tidy uniforms+was full of essential+
important information.Joe was the one who called us to discuss our situation+he was wonderful. He looked after us from start to finish+

The lead up to getting a hire vehicle from these was faultless. However the vehicle supplied had sun damaged paint the interior was absolutely filthy and I mean filthy used toothpicks in the dash manky carpets. The seats are that stained a builders van would be cleaner. The tail lift was soaked in oil with years of grime stuck to it. There was a chopped wire hanging out of the roof light in the cab. Broken dashboard switch. The stench of spilt diesel inside. Even the instrument cluster and windows were covered in filth. The seat had a bolt that had fallen out which was still on the floor the tyre sidewalls were also perished. I complained to their head office with photographs who emailed me back with not even an apology about the state of it saying the local branch manager would call back which is yet to happen. I am not impressed and wouldn’t recommend them

Excellent service. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I would rather not need to use them but I'm really glad that they're there for when our car is off the road.

Took a while to find me a car with suitable adaptions but kept informed without and gentleman who brought car was so lovely and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect. Car was meticulous as if it had just been driven out of the showroom. Can't speak about them highly enough. Highly recommend this company. 5* service.

This is a really good company that we're superb in providing us with an adapted vehicle whist our vehicle was being repaired. Excellent communication and service! They seem to really care about their clients and I was really happy with what they provided us with!

First class customer service from Georgina at head office customer service and Rob Mac who delivered the vehicle was on time and was kind, courteous and very helpful. Both of them are a total asset to the company. A LOT of companies need to use both Motability and Proximo's customer service model as a benchmark for their own!

This is the quickest response l have ever had from Proximo. Their staff who dealt with my case were all polite & ready to help. My delivery came at the agreed time, only it was raining. The inside & outside of the vehicle is clean, the delivery made made sure that the carer knows how to use the clamps & the winch. Hands up to Proximo this time!!
