Extremely unapproachable and unprofessional. Really disgusting to think a firm would be this rude and inconsiderate to an individual seeking consultation. Loucas was extremely curt and brash with me, talked over me, screamed at me, insulted me, hung up the phone on me on numerous occasions simply because i was trying to get a holistic view of the advice he was giving. Seems like if you’re not ready to do as they say when they say then they’re not interested in even letting you speak. I’m so disgusted and annoyed. A complete waste of my time. Would not recommend.

4 months ago, I had an issue with service from Pure Business Law. I raised a complaint and wrote a review (with one star). Initially, there was a mix-up with their service which left me quite frustrated. However, once I contacted Mr Sam, he was extremely responsive and understanding.

Special thanks to Mr Sam who handled my case. He promptly investigated the issue, kept me updated throughout the process, and ensured that I received the response and clarity on next steps to improve. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.

It's rare to find such commitment to resolving issues these days. I'm very pleased with how everything was handled and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

When I first contacted Pure Business Law they were very polite and when through my requirements quite thoroughly. They then came back with it normally takes 3 months to complete a lease contract, but I needed to get this through quicker than that. The team worked hard keeping me in the loop, and they completed well before their advisory date, so a big thanks to all for getting this through nice and quick.

👎AVOID THESE THEFTS! THEY'VE HURT MY DIGNITY AND MY TRUST IN SOLICITORS. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IN ADVANCE FOR NOTHING AND THEY'LL DO NOTHING FOR YOU! THEY'VE CHARGED ME £690 (£250 FOR ONE HOUR OF MEETING ,WHICH WAS ACTUALLY 35 MINUTES AND THE WOMAN WHO PRETENDED TO BE SOLICITOR ASKED MY WIFE, WHICH IS A STAFF NURSE, ABOUT THE PANDEMIC MANIPULATION, WASTING 10 MINUTES FROM THOSE 60 MINUTES ALLOCATED, ACTUALLY ONLY 25 DESIGNATED TO THE REAL APPOINTMENT SUBJECT, TIME TAKEN FROM MY PAID FOR TIME TO GET HER LEGAL ADVICE AND TO BUILD MY TRUST IN HER) AND £440 TO BE COUNTED TOWARDS THE AUGUST 2021 INVOICE. WHAT THEY DID? THEY HAVE NEVER RECOGNISED THAT THE AMOUNT OF £440 IS COUNTABLE TOWARDS THE AUGUST 2021 INVOICE AND ISSUED A NEW INVOICE, ON 22.07.2021, OF £1080, FOR AUGUST, FORGETTING ABOUT £440 DEPOSIT PAID. THEY HAVE NEVER GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK, THE OUTSTANDING £440 IS NOW THE REASON OF THE DISPUTE BETWEEN ME AND THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND I HAVE AN OPEN CASE WITH THE LEGAL OMBUDSMAN. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVE THEIR( LEGAL OMBUDSMAN) OUTCOME. I HOPE THE UK LAW WON'T ALLOW THESE "SOLICITORS" TO HOLD MY MONEY WHICH, I CONSIDER , HAS BEEN "LEGALLY" STOLEN AND THEY'VE PREJUDICED MY FINANCIAL SITUATION IN A DIRTY AND UGLY MANNER, WITHOUT ANY BASIC RESPECT. IT'S SHAME THAT THEY'RE CALLING THEMSELVES SOLICITORS.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK(£440) AND I MAY DELETE THIS TRUTH! THEIR INTERNAL INVESTIGATION WAS MADE BY MR JARRETT, WHICH IS EITHER THE HUSBAND OR THE BROTHER, SO HOW CAN THEY BE IMPARTIAL? HOW THEY'LL ISSUE OUTCOMES ONE AGAINST EACHOTHER? HOW CHILDISH TO COME WITH SUCH BEHAVIOUR! THAT IS JUST AS SIMPLE AS A CONFLICT OF INTERESTS. THEY HAVE PROVED AGAIN THAT THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL BUT MISLEADING PEOPLE.
