We would highly recommend PW Construction for snagging inspections of new build properties.

Paul was extremely thorough as he went around the house and the issues he identified were things we would never have known to look for, including many that would cause serious problems down the line if they aren't dealt with, highlighting how important a detailed and professional snagging check is. He was very friendly and professional, explaining things that only builders would know about in a way that we could understand and follow up on. Once the report was sent through, he was very helpful in offering to run through anything we weren't sure about with us.
We would definitely use Paul's services again if we moved to another new build property, and would recommend anyone to do the same. Thank you Paul!

Excellent service, would highly recommend if you're contemplating a snagging.

Gemma was very helpful throughout, she quickly responded to our queries and was able to answer all of our questions. Paul was extremely thorough, he went through the property with a fine tooth comb and was able to spot things we'd have never even thought of, once we received the report he talked us through it over the phone.

If we were to require another snagging in the future PW would easily be our first choice.

In a word - " BRILLIANT "
Having experience in the building industry for many years I firmly, almost arrogantly, believed this alone would prepare me for uncovering any foul play or shoddy work at hand when vigorously scrutinising my recently purchased home. That said, given my busy lifestyle, I opted to use a friends recommendation and call in the snagging professionals at P W Construction.

If the recommendation alone wasn't enough then the extremely competitive cost from this company for such a comprehensive service was an additional sweetener to my already quenched satisfaction.

I was remarkably impressed with the detail in which Paul uncovered and highlighted snags/issues within the property, subsequently I admit that familiar in building or not, I did not have the training, knowledge or experience required to uncover even 10% of the issues Paul complied in his detailed report.

I would like to thank Paul and the team for the service and importantly for the thousands of pounds I was potentially saved from obscured and concealed defects some of which were detected right under my nose.
