This conpany is second to none. They took on a very challenging job of laying this high quality artificial grass to the uneven edge of a swimming pool coping stones, but this did not deter them. Their attitude was exemplary, honest professional and friendly and they completed the job to a very high standard and reasonable cost. It is clear that they were passionate about their work and attitude towards their customers and went that extra mile to please. Wholeheartedly recommend

I battled with my new build, builder's lawn for about 2 and a half years. In the end, pulling my hair out, I considered artificial lawn. I was wary of it. So, I contacted about 10 firms for samples. I got about 65 samples in total. Post man laughed when he kept dropping packages to me. Anyway, I took me about 3 days to cull the list down to final 3. I never looked at price during selection process. My logic was simple. Best, to my liking, wins. Turned out that Quick Grass CAMBRIDGE won and quite easily. Turned out to be the most expensive but looked the most realistic. This was important to me. If I had to go artificial, I didn't want it to look fake, if you know what I mean. Moreover, it came with a 10 year guarantee. I had it installed for about 3 months now. Excellent product. I am thrilled with it. So pleased to kiss good bye to watering and weeding and re grassing patches from cat defecation, and re barking and hedge cutting. Bliss. I attach some before and after photos.

Guys at Quickgrass were absolutely on point! Needed artificial grass for a children’s play area, they didn’t try and upsell me to something I didn’t need, they found the perfect product for my needs, and delivered at late notice ahead of the bank holiday!
I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Quickgrass have been so helpful and have helped me come to the perfect solution for my garden.

They sent numerous samples and were very good at suggesting options which were ideal for the space, but they were never pushy at all.

The grass is of the highest quality and I cannot believe it isn't real. It has transformed my garden and looks so tidy all the time.

I cannot thank them enough.

BE WARNED - Service was great during the purchasing process, but when our installation developed a fault, Dave chose to wash his hands of our problem, even though we used an installer recommend by him!

His exact words were ‘It is Will Ferguson who installed our product who was an independent landscaper. It was not installed by Quickgrass. We cannot become involved in Will Fergusons quality of work’

As stated we pursued a recommended installer via Quickgrass, and this was the email we received from Dave: ‘Thanks for telephoning earlier and detailing to me your interest in our Cambridge artificial grass and installation. I have asked our locally based approved Quickgrass landscape installer , Will Ferguson of All Grass Landscapes to give you a call’

Our installation developed a significant fault, and we originally pursued a repair via the installer, who was unresponsive. We therefore reached out to Dave, who was also unresponsive for 6 weeks after an initial email stating he would follow up on our behalf.

Our grass has only been installed for less than 6 months, but given the problems we are having, and the lack of support, and unwillingness of Dave and quick grass to stand by their product and installers, I would look elsewhere for your grass needs - Im sure you will be able to find companies that actually put their customers at the forefront, and not simply dismiss them!

Great customer service, great range of products and very happy with our chosen grass (Stratford). Would definitely recommend Quick Grass and Stephen who I spoke to on a few occasions and was very impressed with his knowledge. A breath of fresh air to deal with a specialist who is not patronising!

One word FANTASTIC almost made the wrong decision and went with someone else. Quick grass are the best they bend over backwards to help you . Even the delivery guy was great and wouldn't take a drink . I cant thank them enough .
