Over the past 20 years or more , building up relationships with these guys is important to your career , also introducing you to company's that sometimes take you to permanant positions that may have not been possible otherwise .

Also no hassles as long as you provide the services that are required by the client .

This company will keep you busy for years to come with other Agency's along the way as like always you can’t rely on one as construction is up & down in all different areas ..

I am more than happy with Randstad Construction and Property- Maidstone. They have found me 1.5 years of work with Farrans Construction on the Gull Wing Bridge project in Lowestoft as the Utilities Manager and Traffic Management Coordinator. I then managed to transfer to the Anglian Water SPA in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. I have been working as the Temporary Works Coordinator-Package Manager for the water pipeline routes from Bexwell to Bury St Edmunds to Colchester for the last 13 months. Very interesting work.

Do not work for this company.
They promise long term work &
When you arrive at site you get told
It's Olney for a couple of day's, weeks
Max .
They don't like to answer calls when their's a problem..
Keep away, I'll never work for them again..

Working for Randstad has been good. I haven’t had any problems with payment, always able to get in contact with then and always happy to help.

One of their staff called Kirsty, has been a tremendous help finding a site that is closer to where I live and is a long term job.

Really like working for this company. Really reliable in finding me work that is close by. They pay quickly and they always have everything sorted when I arrive to site.
