Over the last few years Amanda at REAL coaching and development has been there to support me through some worrying and challenging times. Amanda is calm and constant, but brings fresh ideas and influences to our meetings and conversations. In self employment life and business are intertwined and when she makes our phone calls and or opens our zoom meetings Amanda never knows what she's going to get, but she's always ready to jump in to whatever you bring. Amanda knows that if the personal stuff isn't dealt with then the business stuff will suffer so she steps in to support both and talk about both. She has been a solid sounding board, listener and advisor for two years. One of my favourite parts about our calls is that Amanda makes me reflect as well as look forward. She will ask what were we doing this time last year and remind me what we were doing too. We stop and celebrate the successes which stops self employment being quite so lonely! In addition being part of her Facebook group gives another opportunity to let off steam, celebrate and share ideas in good humour.

Amanda is a truly amazing coach, she is a straight talking, truth bomb dropping machine. There is no one I would want more in my corner when the brown stuff hits the spinney thing.
She kicks my arse, keeps me grounded and gets as giddy as me when things are going well. Not only has she coached me through several big decisions regarding my business, but has also helped me grow as a person, but has had an amazing impact on my mental health.
