When you've applied for a position, prepared for interview with days worth of research to prepare a presentation. Then after a week of waiting for a call from HR, they don't even have the courtesy of an email. It's disgusting behaviour from a successful company and soul destroying to candidates.

Unfortunately, I was looking forward to doing an apprenticeship, however this company made it as difficult as possible to get through to the next stage. I had a phone call interview with a gentleman, which was all going well till I told him about my visa status. Despite showing 2 managers why I was exempt from the visa rule I received an email from their head of recruitment Lisa who refused to acknowledge I was exempt. They even then went on to say that I would not be a suitable applicant, but I thought the whole point of an apprenticeship was to learn. Nor was I offered any alternatives or any form of advice or help.

Upset with the discrimination I was facing from a company who says they're 'inclusive' and aim to help people learn I eventually withdrew my application. If you are a person of an ethnic background stay well clear of this company, really poor treatment, which authorities who are helping to fund this company need to look into.

Amazing place to work. The childcare team are amazing and extremely supportive. I have only worked with Realise since March 2021 but I love their ethos and work life balance that we get. I also love how the childcare qualification is set out and delivered.

In 2018 I started working for the organisation and whilst they have rebranded, the supportive environment still remains to this day. I feel that they provide an excellent service and are very friendly and are willing to work with you to ensure that your training is very comprehensive. Would recommend anyone to work with them in order for training.
