I'm so grateful to Ali! I've been to one of her retreats which was amazing, but more recently I have had 1-2-1 private yoga sessions with her. You really sense that her main intention is to help you progress in many ways - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Ali really cares and really listens to what you need, and works her yoga sessions to fit around how you are currently feeling. Every time I have left her sessions I have felt a sense of ease and happiness and just overall wellbeing. If you want to practise yoga in it's purity, you should definitely book some sessions with Ali.

Highly recommend... Fantastic yoga class! I'm a complete newbie and have really enjoyed yoga with Ali. Every class has felt perfect for my level with each week building slightly on the week before. Ali is a patient teacher and her attention to detail makes the class so enjoyable. Waking up super refreshed the day after yoga class 👏👏👏

I'd not thought of yoga before, but as I try to compete in other sports long into my 30's, recovery and flexibility are getting tougher! Rise has been absolutely brilliant. As a total beginner, I've been made very welcome, expertly and patiently instructed, and can really feel some benefit already. I feel both mentally and physically relaxed afterwards. It's very quickly becoming my favourite night of the week. I cannot recommend Rise strongly enough.
