I completed my level 3 in Counselling with Reflections in the first half of 2023 and it was a fantastic experience. The tutors were brilliant, supportive and knowledgeable, sharing their own experiences of counselling. Jill was amazingly supportive throughout the course, providing positive and constructive feedback as we went. It was a lovely environment to learn in and I felt safe and supported and because of this I didn't hesitate applying for and starting my level 5 in September.

I have recently completed my level 3 with Reflections and wow, I have absolutely loved the whole experience. Jill is so focused on the quality of her courses and she, as well as our tutors make the whole thing enjoyable, enlightening and informative. I have learnt so much, and found that Counselling is the right path for me.
One of the best course providers out there, and at a price that makes it accessible. If you are looking for a provider in the North East, I highly recommend Reflections!

"If you're thinking of studying to become a counsellor, you would be best placed to consider doing this at Reflections with Jill." Those were the words of my friend to me when I was considering different providers to do my training with. She had studied at Reflections Counselling and Training, years ago. I am so glad I took her advice. I am now in the 2nd year of the level 5 diploma course and have started my placement, which I really enjoy. The first year of the course has a lot of interesting and relevant material which I found very stimulating and exciting as it really got me to think and apply new and existing skills in the counselling role. It is perfectly paced with lots of support which enabled me to continue to work at the same time.

I would thoroughly recommend Reflections Counselling and Training to anyone who would like to train to become a counsellor. The tutors are patient and very knowledgeable, and everything is done at a pace that is comfortable for the students. Help is always at hand and never too much bother. I am currently studying Level 5 and have started my placement and hopefully will be fully qualified next year. I can not recommend Reflections (especially Jill) highly enough.

I completed my level 5 Integrative Therapeutic Counselling Advanced Diploma with Jill at Reflections and it was the best decision I've ever made! I've since secured employment as a counsellor and absolutely love what I do. Learning about the different theories, as well as a variety of mental health problems, was so interesting and Jill makes everything easy to understand and is always there to offer extra help if needed. This course also offers the opportunity for self reflection which taught me a lot about myself. I found this incredibly beneficial and I am now much more confident than I was beforehand. Jill is a fantastic teacher, and an even better person. She is kind, supportive, and encouraging and I would thoroughly recommend Reflections to everyone.

I have studied both Level 2 and Level 3 Counselling Skills with Reflections and am currently enrolled on to the Level 4/5 course. I cannot recommend Reflections highly enough. The trainers are so experienced and supportive and the course is extremely well planned and delivered. The small groups, various locations and flexible hours of courses (including weekends and evenings) have made it possible for me to manage studying whilst still working in a full-time job. So much of the stress of balancing work and study is removed by the step-by-step way the course builds and because of the sheer dedication of the trainers who are never more than an email away.

Jill and the tutors could not be more helpful, and the classes feel very personal, warm and supportive. Communication is excellent, and every effort is made to overcome any problems which arise. Despite the class being after work on Monday evenings I felt energised after the classes and looked forward to them. I had no hesitation in enrolling in Level 5 with reflections as well.

I completed my level 3 with Reflections and I am currently completing my level 5. I am loving every second of it. The tutors are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. They create a safe environment for us to practice skills and build our knowledge. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
