Amazing experience here. I got a tattoo of a drawing that I designed myself and I was very pleased with the shop. Neat and clean, the tattoo artist was very warm and welcoming. He is such a friendly guy. The tattoo came out amazing and I'm very excited to see how it heals up when it's done. My arm wasn't even sore afterwards and there was no lingering pain, only slight swelling which is to be expected. The tattoo artist seems to know his stuff as well and he seemed very experienced. I highly recommended this shop.

Had my flats pierced 2 weeks ago. When messaging via google chat we agreed to a diamonte stud. Didn't notice until I got home it was a plain ball. I was pierced in what can only be described as a kitchen. I had my eyes closed most of the time they were being pierced, but one time I opened my eyes and saw her touching her mouth, I have no idea why but know it was very unhygienic.

Aftercare was make your own salt solution and use a cotton bud to apply it. That was only because I asked and obviously to her I hadn't had cartilage in my ears pierced before. That is wrong advice.

Noticed they were at a sharp angle but wasn't aware this was wrong.

Wanted to leave a mildly negative review, but felt too guilty as it's a small business. I feel I have to now.

Two and a half weeks later I notice a bump so Googled and find that they should be pierced flat/perpendicular. I did not sleep on them or anything like that. I had my tragus pierced elsewhere a couple of days later and they are perfect.

Told by a professional piercer to remove them as the bump would only get bigger.

So £50 down and just scarred badly now. I feel really violated by this whole experience as I have since got my tragus pierced and it genuinely felt like a surgical procedure rather than nipping round a mates mates house to get your ears done.

When removed it appears they aren't even a pair and maybe too long for a flat anyway.

I have asked for a refund but they are on holiday now so yay for them.

Just want to know why you pierced me incorrectly in a way that could never heal and charged me £50. Did I say something wrong to you?

And now I get accused of arguing because I'm complaining to them😔

Over a week and still no call back. Shocking.

No after care sheet was offered to me as she said she had none.

Sure the kitchen was clean 🤣

Still no phone call another week later. Got to stop pathetically coming back, in the hope they will answer me.🤦‍♀️

Wonder if the new review could leave ap picture from behind their ear please? See if it is perpendicular to her ear. Then compare with mine 🙂

My son and I visited Steve, at Reinkarnated, for the same tattoo. This was our first tattoo but Steve was very calming, even though we were pretty nervous. The design was a Harlequin (from the Harlequins Rugby Club). He had already done the template by the time we arrived. We were both REALLY pleased with the end results. He was meticulous with the colours and provided advice for the aftercare. Would thoroughly recommend!!

I stumbleed acrross 'Reinkarnate' and fisrt had my ear pierced. Was very pleased with the service and love the Earring Stud. I then returned to have a Tattoo removed (in part) and again fantastic service. Finally, I decided to have a Tattoo of great significance to me so it was important not only the desgin, also the person preforing the art. Steve was very professional and he is definitely woth his weight in Gold.

Of course I would reccommned (I have been back there 3 times.... Lol....)

My partener is soon to pop in to have her Tattoo....

Had both my right helix and third lobe piercing done by Chloe, she was so nice about the whole experience, checked I was happy with all my piercings and informed me over caring for the piercings (especially the helix and how to deal with cartilage buildup). Really happy with the results and hopefully I’ll be back soon for more piercings!

Recently had my 6th piercing at Reinkarnated by Chloe (including 2 high helix’s, 1 low helix, both lobes and belly button) and wanted to write a review on how amazing the small business is. First of all, the piercing room is extremely clean, with a piercing bed and chair, those of which are cleaned before and after every use. Before the jewellery and equipment is layed out, the surface is cleaned, and everything is sterilised. Secondly, all the staff are extremely friendly and professional in every way possible, from advice to just having a chat to calm any nerves!

As for aftercare for piercings, after every appointment, you receive an aftercare sheet filled with information regarding how to clean your piercings correctly and how to look after them in order for them to heal completely.

All piercings are placed with a marker and checked multiple times before any needle touches the skin. Once both staff and client are happy with the placing of the mark, it is then proceeded to clamp the skin and again check the aligning of the needle before pierced. Afterwards, the area is cleaned again, and you are advised to clean the piercing 2-3 times a day, keeping hair away from it to prevent it from getting caught, not to sleep or lay on the piercing as it may heal at an angle, why the bars are so long just to allow any swelling afterwards and to wait 6-8 weeks before changing the jewellery (which Chloe will happily do for you).

As for any worries or queries on new piercings, concerning aftercare or any problems, Chloe and all the staff are very welcome to help on what to do. For example, I acquired a cartilage lump behind my second helix piercing and I spoke to chole, she cleaned the piercing and advised me what to do and reassured me it was completely normal and after a little more care it cleared up and is now perfect!

Prices are extremely reasonable and definitely worth paying for! All of my piercings have healed amazingly and never had any problems with this business.

I cannot wait to get more piercings from Chloe as she is fantastic at her job, extremely professional and very trustworthy!!
