Bought 3 refurbished laptops from RD-UK a couple of months ago for our business. Firstly, I should say that they look pristine - you would never know they weren't brand new! The price was incredible value and the service excellent.

You really can't tell the difference between a laptop from RD UK and a brand new one! These aren't just refurbished, these are superb!

Tim listened to what I needed the latop to do i.e. programs to run etc, and came up with a suitable solution.

I have been buying refurbished laptops from this company for a few years now and have always found the service to be professional and friendly. The quality of their products is top notch and they have the confidence in their refurbs to offer a 12 month warranty. On the very few times we have had to have something repaired or replaced like a batteyh or a keyboard they have done it without a quibble and either supplied the part to us or picked up the laptop, sorted it and return it to us in the minimum of days.

I have primarily dealt with Brad on the sales team and he is always ready to listen and respond in the most positive of ways to my needs and there is no doubt in my mind that his friendly and caring approach to our business relationship is one of the most positive experiences from any of my suppliers. I can whole heartedly recommend RDUK.

Bought a refurbished laptop from RD-UK I was told it was a B-Grade with scratches to the casing this did not matter as it was going to used by a field service agent. The item arrived it looked like Nellie the Elephant had sat on it, I reported that the base was split open, I was told to hold it shut and use it. Eventually they agreed to take it back I pointed out we needed a replacement asap for a urgent job that was 3 weeks ago, no replacement, no refund, very dodgy do not trust what they say.
