Deeply unimpressed with their communication. Had one builder out to look at a series of walls needing renovation, assured me his colleague would be in touch that evening or at latest the next day with a quote. Needless to say - not a word from them, not even a token text to say they wouldn’t be offering a quote. Not responding to voice messages left either. Very unprofessional.
