The worst solicitor conveyancing experience ever. Taylor Rose use franchise type set up and their case handlers Hassan Khan and Chirag Chopra were the most unprofessional and incompetent team that delayed the process, continuous away on leave, never communicated well with each other or the client. Costing me more than 9 months to do a job that would take normally 4-5 months and with these delays, empty property until completion cost me over £10,000 in losses. I would never recommend the two and who are a black mark to the brand Taylor Rose.

A very important website. I looked hard for a well reviewed solicitor and it was hard to find one. To leave a review on ReviewSolicitors you have to answer a lot of questions but they are good questions and it's a worthwhile exercise especially if you have had a good experience and want to tell others, which is my position.

I am taking my name off a property me and my ex had, it has been more than 6 months for the transfer of ownership and consideration involved to go through. When you call Solex you can be in the queue for about 40minuttes before getting answered. The worse is they keep sending wrong documents and blame the customers for it. I wonder how my ex chose them, it has been so frustrating and annoying. I wish they could know how they make people feel with their slow pace of work.

Certainly wouldn't bother..

Nearly two weeks ago I submitted a legal question via the website. I also sent an enquiry via the website to customer services.

Around a week later neither the Legal question or the enquiry hadn't been answered or acknowledged.

I posted a review and promptly had a polite call from a Director to state there had been a 'glitch' which meant my legal question hadn't apparently been allocated. No mention of why my enquiry hadn't been answered however.

The Director stated that my legal question would be put forward to their panel so I afforded benefit of the doubt and deleted the original review.

Soon after I noticed an email from the Director drawing my attention to all their so called 'customer reviews'. I think consumers have little confidence in customer reviews in general these days and the manner they were ostentatiously thrust at me I found quite off-putting. Like many I go on my own personal experience in evaluating a company.

Anyway, almost another week gone by and my legal question still not been answered or acknowledged.

I have actually found a solicitor to potentially instruct now just by calling around. Suffice to say, had I been aware of the rather stark limitations of this company I wouldn't have taken up my time with them in the first place..

Easy to use review system. Review did not "appear" immediately and my solicitor could not find it. Then it began apparent that a further stage of "authentication" of my review via email was required. Perhaps the need for this could be made clearer at the outset (or later).
