Alex offers a range of services, there is something for everyone. I personally am finding her meditations (also available online as recordings at times) very calming & powerful. It's a very personal thing but I am so very grateful to be a part of it & can't thank Alex enough for her guidance during these sessions or even when speaking with her 1:1. I have struggled to calm my hectic head at times when needed clarity & to refocus.

I think during these times of heavy distractions & hectic lifestyles it easy to forget how to pause & let go of stresses. I'd encourage everyone to explore her techniques & services.

Alex is such an honest, non judgemental approachable & warm hearted person who clearly wants to share her experiences to enhance the lives of others. And is succeeding.

I really recommend taking some time out to have one of Alex's Reki sessions!
She is a pure sunshine soul that you instantly feel held and safe in her company! She oozes life and is genuinely wanting to share her work for the benefit of people's well being.

It's the first time iv properly experienced Reki and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
I feel you have to have a level of trust in the process and degree of understanding of meditation in order to let your self go- is my understanding.

I experienced a really tingly sensation like when you listen to a peice of music that really hits you or a peice of art or when someone strokes your arm, but all over I had heat in certain areas of my body. Twitching in my feet and hands.

I felt like my mind slowed down and almost stopped I was just feeling intense sensations in my body. I was seeing colours under my eye lids and really felt my self sink into the cosy blankets Alex had set out.

The music was great and fitted perfectly and the burning of the sage and palo
Santo added another sence sensation,loved smelling them, really sent Me off to a clam state.

After the session I was totally spaced out and calm Iv felt it since and my baby seems to have absorbed the same thing vibe too 😆

I woke to feed Esmae at 4am and iv never heard the birds so clearly and as beautifully as I did then. I feel the session has maybe given me a sense of rest that's opened me up to my environment a little deeper.

Reki seems to open up the spirit inside that sometimes lacks In our busy job filled world.

The de brief before and after the sesh I felt was very important to the over all experience as to feel supported from the beginning to the end.

She's a lovely soul wanting to open people up to live as purely and truthfully as they can.
