I really wasn't sure what to expect from counselling but my sessions so far with Rebecca have been invaluable. She has made me feel at ease discussing anything that was on my mind, and being able to let my guard down and express some difficult emotions have been a great relief. Rebecca is very easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference.
Booking sessions through her website is also incredibly simple.
