I’ve been a member at this gym for years. Lots of space, huge range of equipment, knowledgeable staff, wide range of foods and supplements available, great PTs of you want coaching, and a brilliant community. By far one of the best gyms in the country.

Fantastic gym! Has a real family friendly vibe about it, always a cheery smile and wave from the team as you arrive, even when they are busy. Ridiculous amount of equipment, you can guarantee you'll be able to use what you need without having to wait too long, if any wait at all. Great stock of supplies behind the counter at more than reasonable prices, including protein shakes, protein meals (which they will kindly cook for you in their microwave!). Cost of membership is excellent too, especially for Stamford! My other half is an experienced weight lifter, it has everything he needs to train, plus more. I'm a gym novice myself and there's plenty of machines/weights for me to use (most have instructions on them if you get stuck). I also feel very comfortable at Rhinos, it's not an intimidating environment at all like some gyms can be, nor pretentious, the members are a mix of varying abilities, age and size and all have been very friendly that I've spoken with. Excellent gym, highly recommended 👌

This gym earns high marks for being very good – spacious, with friendly staff, a positive environment, and good music. At peak times, it can get a bit crowded, but the overall experience is worth it. The membership is reasonably priced, and the community is filled with knowledgeable members, enhancing the overall workout atmosphere.

Big gym with lots of equipment and room to spread out. Lots of duplicate machines and barbells so you pretty much never have to worry about waiting for something. It’s not the cleanest gym ever, but definitely has the most equipment compared to other gyms around. Reasonably priced too and staff are friendly.

Brilliant gym - I go early in the morning. Massive amount of equipment, all other gym users polite and friendly. Good value for money and a family business. Nothing not to like - would not hesitate to recommend.
