We worked with Kirstie, Lucy and Matthew for our combined remortgage and purchase of a new house. From the outset Kirstie was immediately responsive and we spoke about the process and our particular situation. I found Kirstie helpful and friendly and was confident in placing our conveyancing with her and the team.

The quote for the conveyancing of both remortgage and purchase was competitive compared to another 3-4 quotes we had received. And, we really have no regrets and are so pleased we chose Right Conveyancing.

By sorting out who our conveyancer was before finding the house we wanted to buy meant we did not have to worry about other parties (estate agents or mortgage brokers) trying to get us to use their recommended conveyancers. We felt comfortable and confident in having someone fully independent of other parties who we knew would be advocating for us entirely.

In our first purchase, the vendor pulled out but luckily early on and Kirstie simply reassured us and kept our file open for the next time we found another house. When that occurred, both herself and Lucy were diligent, careful, thorough and politely firm with the vendor's solicitors and the estate agents involved in the move. There were a few issues with the vendor's deeds and a local residents' association and conservation are management company; Kirstie and Lucy aptly dealt with these. My wife and I were reassured by their advocacy on our behalf which is exactly what we needed. Through their strong steer the deeds were appropriately modified before the contract and completion and we had any outstanding issues with other items all sorted.

The whole process was quick in our minds but where timelines might drift, Kirstie and Lucy were on it and in the end we hit the completion date we and the vendors had stipulated easily.

We would throughly recommend them and if the need ever arose again (hopefully not for a long time!) we would have no hesitation in using them.

Use this company!!! They are the best!!
I would always use right conveyancing, I recently purchased my first property and I couldn't have done It without them. They looked out for my best interest, they stopped other solicitors pressuring me into completing earlier than legally allowed. I was being bullied and receiving multiple threatening emails from my sellers solicitor, Right Conveyancing protected me from this. I will always use them and I think if you care about your home or your child buying their first home I recommend using them. They have your best interest at heart.

Not only do they have their client's best interest, but they also care about their client's well-being.
I had the best experience with Right Conveyancing. I am a first-time buyer, who was not only being pushed by the estate agent but also by the seller's solicitor to act in illegal ways, without the advice and guidance from the right conveyancing I would have been taken for a fool, Paying out more money and getting bills for works.
Further to this see some reviews regarding this company and with myself and others I know using them for many years, the reviews of 1 star are a lie and fabricated.
If you want a solicitor who works for the client pick them!!!

Super professional, direct and efficient Team. Thanks to Matthew , Kirstie and Lucy the entire process of buying our first property was literally stress free.
They kept us well informed and were always happy to explain everything. We really could tell that we are in good hands and that they are working in our best interest.

Mathew Ball really is a vile, snide money grabbing bully, with a crafty attitude to conveyancing. He was our daughters buyers conveyancer, he dragged out the process and made problems when there were none. He implied the property managers we not operating as the should be, he bullied for yet more money off for a car park repair thats not even taking place in the next 18 months. He slated our daughter in e.
mails implying she was pushing when in fact she had a deadline to meet on exchange on her new house and almost lost it thanks to him. He slated her solicitor implying it was their fault. He had the downright nerve to phone the selling agent and ranted on the phone, yet you can't through to him and as we see on past 1 star reviews he comes straight back arguing with the writer. He is a mouthy bully. Do not advise you use him. Keep well clear of Right Conveyancing.

I have just sold a flat with a short lease. Without Rightconveyancing this flat would not have been sold. I kid you not! The buyer's solicitors were so bad they dragged the sale on for months because they had zero understanding of the law. The advice and care shown by Matthew and his team was excellent. This is truly the best firm I have ever used. 10/10. They will actually talk to you and explain things without using legalese, they know their stuff. I cannot thank Matthew and his team enough.
