Barry & Theresa are absolutely class, they do an amazing circuits class every Tuesday and Thursday evening, it really makes you break a proper sweat and makes you feel good!! I’ve been attending PT sessions with Barry since April, he’s a brilliant fitness & boxing coach, he really knows his stuff and shows you how to properly execute reps, he’s patient and pushes you to strive for your best. I’d 100% recommend his training programme.
Kettlebells, dumbbells, benchpress, boxing ring, big range of boxing bags, resistance bikes, inertia ropes, and lots more great equipment to use for your workouts.
Amazing gym to train at, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks for all your hard work Barry & Theresa!

The Gym is perfect for my needs and I find Barry's wealth of knowledge and experience second to none. He has helped with rehabilitation due to Rheumatoid Arthritis with our one to one PT sessions and I enjoy my workouts in a friendly laid back, non-judgemental environment. Would recommend Barry, and Ringside, to anybody looking to start one to one PT sessions or work outs in general.

I have previously trained under Barry and Teresa for roughly a year and can only say this isn't your normal gym this truly is like family, they don't just train you they pay attention to how you train and make adjustments so your training is personal to you even during boot camps which are brutal but so much comradery with the staff and fellow gym members. I would happily recommend this gym over any "franchise gyms" because of the knowledge, the way they help you during the sessions "Cant do this exercise ok do this instead or try the exercise you can't do but do this to make it so you can do it" and on a side note i have trained under both Barry and Teresa and both of them know how to push you beyond what you think you can do in the safest and most motivational way possible. When they trained me I lost almost 20lbs in 3 months and when I thought I couldn't push myself any more they taught me you can do anything if you have the desire and motivation to go one more rep one more set. Fantastic gym, amazing trainers.

Great gym, made to feel welcome as soon as I stepped through the door from Barry and Teresa, along with the other members. Classes are great. They also offer full use of the gym, PT and nutrition information. If you are looking for a non pretentious gym that you can get in and work hard then this is it. No Gimmicks and Hard Work

Been a member now for around 12 months , Without a doubt the most friendly gym I have ever been around , I have 2 PT sessions a week with Barry and after a operation he manages my sessions to how my injury is.
Great advice on food intakes and recovery exercises , The white collar events Barry puts on are always well organised and very professional.

Great gym and great PT, Barry Maguire . Been going to the gym almost 12 months. Approaching 4 stone lighter. Feel fitter and stronger than i ever have. Always a varied workout to keep things interesting. Boot camps are great. Plenty of encouragement from other members. This is definitely not a one size fits all gym. I'm 50 years old with the usual dodgy knees and joints, but with Barry's expertise i can do workouts that are suited to me. Still getting results and confidence through the roof. Give it a go, you won't regret it.

Teresa has set me a calorie intake and monitors this regularly, she is highly motivational, works you hard to get the best out of yourself. If anyone is looking to do something for themselves, tone up, lose a few lbs then get in touch with Teresa. Even if you're new to the gym like I was she makes you feel comfortable and welcomed and shows you how to use all the equipment safely and to get the best out of the session. 💪😊
