We had issues from flying tipping at our new property and should have been removed by previous owners and we was liable to pay the cost of that how ridiculous was that ? took 1 skip worth £250 and good year to clear the garden . We have had other issues with this company they have caused so much grief and anxiety . It was quite brutal what we had to face . When you think we had to pay for everything in order to move into a new property. They have completely failed to support us . We will never ever use the company. It was soul destroying what this company Rix and Kay put us through. Antony was the person that took care of this messy situation. We will definitely will be careful who we hire next time . It was complete lack of communications from beginning to the end .

Absolutely great legal advice and support from Rix & Kay who have helped me finalise my property lease extension from what has been a stressful process.

I appointed a Lease Management Company who also have their own legal team (not connected to Rix & Kay) about 2 years ago but found them to be disorganised, poor communicators and frequently sent out emails with urgent instructions which I later found out was not urgent at all. Nevertheless as they have "managed" the process from the start, I had to stick with them.

I appointed Rix & Kay in January 2020 who should have only been there to look over the documents, agree the detail and release the funds from Halifax on my behalf. However it turned out due to the poor management from the Lease Management Company, Rix & Kay had to do a lot more chasing and more work was involved. I'm so thankful that Rix & Kay were there and able to support me with professional advice and providing additional support to ensure the process was completed within the timeframes needed. Their support made an extremely stressful process much easier to manage.

A positive recommendation indeed and would personally be using them again in the future. I would like to pay a special thanks to Leon, Mulberry and Angela who have been fantastic through this process!
