Claire Gustafson and her team dealt with my house purchase and they were brilliant. Contact was minimal, which was fine as if I did have a query they responded straight away. They were very efficient and from start to finish my purchase has only taken 10 weeks. Reasonably priced as well, so no complaints from me. Would definitely recommend.

The service for a property purchase has been absolutely diabolical. To be short and sweet . With 5 weeks to collect documentation for the exchange of contracts and advice to agree dates with our vendors. The vendors were then told on the day of exchange that, and this is verbatim…” we will not speak with you and we will move at our own pace. RMNJ also avoided mentioning particular missing documentation from view likely due to errors in their process. Not to mention being told by our real estate agent (Karl Tatler) that if we put too much pressure on they just won’t respond. It’s really sad to think that this is considered good quality service and just be thankful to get conveyancing done. Look at the other reviews. Don’t call us we will call you is consistent. I also think it’s pretty funny that they respond to nice reviews and don’t address the problems. Hahaha, might be worth looking elsewhere..

NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE! Do not choose this awful company for conveyancing! Claire Gustafson handled my case (simple apartment sale) which took approx. 9 months! Throughout the process RMNJ frequently ignored my emails (and the buyer's too), claimed to have not received emails, and sat on simple tasks for several weeks at a time, with no updates or communication provided. They ignored my formal written complaint, which was extremely unprofessional. My family have purchased/sold multiple times (even with RMNJ back in 2018), and this is the WORST experience we've ever had. RMNJ is clearly going downhill. Please please avoid this company if you are a home buyer or seller, else you will lose your sanity and even risk your purchase/sale falling through!

The worst conveyancing experience. Stay away from these solicitors. They cost me time and money in the purchase of my property due to their inability to correctly interpret legal jargon, which, of course, is their job! The purchase, of course, fell through with these guys and I had to get another solicitor, purchase new searches (and wait for these to arrive) as well as all the additional paperwork necessary and furthermore secure a new mortgage offer. Given that I'd spent the best part of nine months trying to complete this purchase, I had no further issues and completed in 3 months with my new solicitor. A complete waste of energy trying to get through to these conveyancer cowboys! My advice is to stay away from RMNJ!

Used RMNJ for a property purchase in 2023. Extremely disappointing experience. Never had an amazing conveyancing experience but took the biscuit for the worst. Despite the initial sales call doing its job, it didn’t live up to expectation. Few extra costs added in for things that were disclosed at the start. Painful to get through to them over the phone, think I managed to speak to my conveyancer twice in 4 months. Email responses slow. Dropped documentation in personally to save delays with postage but still a week processing time the other day. Got it over the line but WOW it was painful.

Disappointed with the service we received. We went with RMNJ on recommendation and using them on a previous sale.
Communication at the beginning was okay, but it started taking 3 weeks to get any replies on anything and ant one point, I had to chase 3 times to get a reply. Even our estate agent struggled to get hold of them. It took 21 weeks to complete, not everything was down to RMNJ as searches took far too long, but how long it took to respond queries was not good enough.
I rang on a number of occasions and I was never given the gentleman’s name, but he was so rude to me and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone.
Until the last 2 weeks, they dragged their feet on everything. The only positive was on the day of completion, they kept us informed all morning.
I’m sorry to say, we won’t be using them again due to the amount of stressed that was caused.
