We recently experienced disappointingly poor customer service from Robert Leech’s Lingfield Branch. This was not what we were expecting from this reputable company at all.
Having resisted their attempts to market the property at a much lower price because of Right Move’s search criteria, an offer for the full asking price was received within days of the property going on the market, in spite of poor quality photography and uninspiring marketing copy.
For someone who had not sold for many years there was no guidance on next steps and very poor communication throughout, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. When we did hear from them, the focus was always on the buyer despite us being the customer.
Whilst we hope others have a better experience, based on ours, we would not recommend this Branch.
