This company took over from Worthingtons in Folkestone whom I had dealings with before. Robson & co agreed to finalise my divorce at the cost of £100 well so it seemed. This not being the case.
I had instructed them to start proceedings to have the matrimonial home sold. Put it into terms one year later and no further progress and now over £5000 in invoices for very un professional work, everything is last minute I know I have a court date in September but where and what time I don't know.

My advice find an alternative to this lot

Mr Keith Betts is the owner and a very arrogant man, do not deal with these clowns they will rob you blind.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. These people are dreadful. 8 months of dealing with them and not out of choice as Worthingtons failed to tell us they closed. No communication from them, they don’t reply to emails and they do not return phone calls. Now seeking a proper solicitor to take over what they started.

Appalling slow to deal with requisitions requested from LR did not deal with matter and reception are gatekeepers who do not get the main parties Elly and Barry to return calls to applicant. Affecting others in the chain immeasurably.

I used Robsons for conveyancing as I sold a property. The were always on the ball and did not create any delays (unlike the buyers solicitors). Conducting the work remotely using electronic signatures worked well once I had sent documents proving my identity was genuine. The price was good too. I would not hesitate to use them again.

First thing first stay clear of this place there just out to hold your money for as long as they can so they can make as much interest on what they’ve got,been waiting over 15 months for my family to get what my Nan and grandad worked so hard for and to leave for the kids and grandkids some money for there future,excuse after excuse to hold it to benefit them,disgusting,went threw a couple more reviews and they did the same to them,stay clear

Appalling service. Poor communication. This firm have been dealing with the sale of my late uncle's property. Despite completion over a week ago they are still holding proceeds of sale and have not sent through both the money or completion paperwork. All emails from myself and our probate solicitors are being ignored. There are other reviews in recent months telling a similar story but on their website they conveniently highlight only the positive ones! I would look elsewhere!
