Recently took my youngest son's bike to get repaired as the pedals weren't turning the wheel. Within 24 hours the bike was fixed and for a very reasonable price (£21.99).

Also, last November, I took both my son's bike in for a service and again a very quick and reasonably priced service.

We need to look after these small businesses as they are the heart of the local community.

Really Good Service 👍

Took a cycle component into Rockinghams - thinking the bearings had gone. Conveyed symptoms to the young lady Technician - who advised not to spend money on spares and repairs at this time due to the problem not being serious enough. If only all companies were as honest with their customers. Excellent service ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would definitely recommend Rockinghams for all your bike needs! Myself, my partner and my son all own motorbikes and have brought our bikes here since we moved here.
Keith always does a great job on the bikes (he practically rebuilt my sons bike after an accident) and can always get you in quickly.

Our son bought his first automatic 50cc from here to get to/from college and an apprenticeship. He's now exchanged the 50cc to a 125. There was no pressure from Rockinghams. My son had viewed the bike many times whilst saving his money, sat on it, etc. Once bought, they delivered the bike, gave full instructions on what's where and even offered to go on a little ride with him, for him to get used to what's where. This is a family business who have got to know my son well. They are friendly and have always gone above and beyond. His last bike was so economical and reliable for the nearly 2 years that my son had it. So we can't fault the bikes either.

Great service on carbon frame bicycle. Bike came back looking like brand new. Real pride in their work has gone into this. Certainly way more than your average bike shop would do.
