I used these solicitors twice, once for a sale and purchase that fell through at the last minute and a second time where we were able to complete. Caroline was terrific to work with, didn't gouge me as previous solicitors have, gave solid advice, and was never too busy to answer an email. Reception staff are equally lovely and made each visit less of a chore. Although I sincerely hope I don't need to move again any time soon, I would most definitely use them again and happily recommend them to others.

Just had the misfortune to try to do business with this solicitors. Was told someone would ring me back about free wills month, no one did so after waiting 24 hours I rang back only to be told there were no more available appointments! When I enquired why I had not been advised of this before a really rude lady told me she had tried to ring me but had no reply. I then asked why she hadn’t left a message if indeed she had rung me and was told she didn’t have time and she then put the phone down on me! No apology offered. Absolutely unbelievable, worse contact I have ever had with a ‘professional’ company, definitely won’t be using them when I buy my new property.

Sometimes, you find yourself in a very difficult and stressful situation don't you? You need someone to advise you - this was us as Tenants being treated appallingly by a Landlord. Some solicitors didn't bother to get back to us, RR did after a few days waiting. The lady I spoke to was quite helpful and honest - "we don't generally take on tenants because of the costs" which floored me a little, maybe they should review what is on the website and make that clear? She did give me some pointers and numbers though, which was good.
