Would only ever use Bray & Bray for house sale solicitation over any other solicitors. I’ve sold various properties over the years and Sam Deakin & Christopher Sweetman are both phenomenal.

No house sale is straightforward, mine certainly haven’t been. Every solicitor on a buyers end has been so delayed / useless, with agreement / frustration from the buyer as well.. where as Bray & Bray have always been quick to get things sorted and over the line with fantastic communication the whole way. It really does give you confidence knowing your solicitors have got everything in hand, especially when it’s so confusing and outdated a process.

Have had numerous estate agents suggesting they’ll use Bray & Bray because of seeing first hand how good they are.

Terrible service in terms of quality of work and communication on multiple occasions using the Mkt Harb branch. Documentation littered with obvious errors, Instructions not progressed for months/if at all. Arrived at prearranged meeting to discuss my complaint with them about lack of service and office closed upon arrival- reflective of their poor service.
