I first met Helen Bazely when I was looking for a law firm to extend the lease on my flat.
I had no idea what was involved with lease extensions. This was when Helen kindly sat and explained the different kind of lease extensions. When I was still undecided, Helen kindly asked me a few more questions to help me decide and this helped me greatly with my decision.
I was very impressed with how quickly Helen and her associate solicitor Kruti Pandya got the ball rolling. This was when I knew too that Rowberry Morris will also be handling the sale of my flat.
This was the case in July 2025.
Nothing was too much effort nor any questions were too silly for both these ladies!
When either Helen or Kruti is away, either one of these ladies will always acknowledge my emails quickly & without delay.
Often I will receive emails from Kruti, timed well after office hours! I have noted this & thank you Kruti, as this is greatly appreciated.
I will definitely highly recommend Rowberry Morris after experiencing such excellent services.

If possible, I would give this solicitor firm 0. I should clarify, I was not their client but I was selling a house, and they were the solicitor of the buyer.
The buyers didn't speak English, and rowberry morris put a woman who isn't even a solicitor, but just an administrator on the house sale - Anjum. They abused the fact that they couldn't speak English and dragged the house sale on unnecessarily to get paid extra.
Anjum got the contracts wrong, was very slow, lied to my solicitors and estate agents, didn't communicate at all and we had to constantly chase her. She dodged phone calls and pretended she wasn't in the office. She doesn't work Wednesdays but didn't tell anyone until months in. The clients often had to go into the office to chase her to do very simple tasks.
She is extremely unprofessional and doesn't read emails as she repeatedly had to ask us the same questions over and over again.
Because of her incompetence, I had to pay months of mortgage and bills unnecessarily.
If you do use this firm (which I strongly don't recommend), try and go for anyone but Anjum as she is highly slow and incompetent.
She has caused significant amount of anguish for not just myself, but for the buyers, my solicitor and the estate agent. They should be embarrassed at the quality of her work.

This company lacks competence, professionalism, and basic communication skills. They rely on outdated methods, causing immense stress and workload. Avoid engaging with them to prevent unnecessary struggles. Instead, consider more capable alternatives. Even after scheduling a meeting with Peter Reynolds, I have been utterly disregarded.
