After reading comments about conflict of interest due to people working for them, seems only that way when it suits and they want to extort money from people, the executor of a family members will worked for rutherfords and stepped down as there was no money in it for her now rutherfords have taken over as executors and stand to profit in excess of 10k so surely as a conflict of interest they would of stepped down as executors? Avoid these at all costs, don't give them a penny of anyone's hard earned money the Rob dogs.

I recently sorted my house out with them which went smoothly, however once sorted I was recommend to rent it to one of their own solicitors that worked there. I was told she was a reliable tenant and very trustworthy, so I have done. Now the tenancy is ended and she is not leaving my property, I have got back in contact with them to resolve the issue and been told they “can’t assist me” because it involves one of their colleagues?! Quick to push her in my property, but won’t help me get her out. Doesn’t seem right in my opinion. Be careful who you trust.
