At age 81, in receipt of low rate mobility, I never thought I could claim anything else. I admit I have more problems/ struggles as I grow older and was surprised when told to claim for more! Thanks to to Sharp's Jackie, helping me complete a full and confusing form, to my pleasant surprise I now have more money. It will make a big, big, difference to my life as I grow ( hopefully) older! Sharp are sharp and on the ball. You can trust them to do their best for you.

Political organisation getting funding for nothing other than helping people to claim government benefits…case worker was rude and clueless of any advice required in my individual holistic personalised case. Took 3 weeks to contact me and even advised she couldn’t provide any advice on my case.

The work that the people do at sharp is above & beyond also have useful recourses for the unemployed usage of the computers who do not have internet in their home these are especially for job searching. Also an it session every Tuesday for people to learn to use computers these people who learn you also go above & beyond
