I was recommended the services of SA Law but unfortunately they didn't live up to the promise. Lots of phone-calls went un returned and i think i managed to speak our case handler 2/3 times throughout the whole sale process of our property.
It turned out the individual left the company after exchange and in learning this it certainly explained poor communications and our feeling of being ignored and unimportant.
Handover to a new case handler was well executed and it seemed like we were going to have a more positive finish to our sale and purchase.
However poor explanation and incorrect transaction statement meant we had to remit extra funds last minute that could've been avoided.
Sad to say that i would probably not use the services of SA Law again.

I find it morally reprehensible, not that this firm charges GBP340/h (exc. V.A.T.), but that they insisted on a meeting duration of 2.5h MINIMUM.

Therefore, this means they are happy to charge GBP1,020 for an initial consultation on a relatively straightforward matter which other law firms can deal with on a 1h call, adding more time as required.

Not getting my business but it certainly seems like they didn't want it.

I don’t often write reviews, but because I have found the service from SA Law, St Albans to be outstanding I feel an outstanding review is warranted.
I needed to do probate on my fathers estate and instructed Tahsin from SA Law to handle my fathers estate. Her work has been absolutely outstanding and she has made quite a difficult process for me in winding down my fathers estate more bearable.
Any questions I had were answered promptly and Tahsin only contacted me when something needed to be said. My fathers estate was finalised in a timely way with no stress put on me. When dealing with legal matters I needed someone I could trust and that was certainly Tahsin.
